The pneumatic frame cylinders are made of specially strong, air-impermeable fabric and are equipped with three types of valves. Safety valves are installed on the main frame, which activate at an excessive pressure of 280 psi. The working pressure of the pneumatic frame is 240–280 psi.
The pneumatic tent frame consists of 15 separate parts, connected to each other using special valves, which provides an advantage – in case of significant mechanical damage, they can be replaced or removed for further repair. The tents are made of non-flammable B1 fabric (or M2, France). High-frequency welding is used for the main seams. During operation, the tarpaulin fabric does not change its properties within a temperature range from -30°C to +70°C.
